Article 1 : definition

For the purposes of this article :

  1. « Personal data » refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, either directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or one or more factors specific to that person,

  6. « Recipients » refer to any individuals authorized to receive the data, other than the Data Controller, the Processor, and individuals who, due to their roles, are responsible for processing the data,
  7. « Authorized third parties » are authorities legally empowered, as part of a specific mission or in the exercise of a right of communication, to request the Data Controller to provide them with personal data.

This personal data protection policy (hereinafter referred to as the « policy ») aims to inform data subjects about how their personal data is collected and processed by Néolithe.

Personal data is collected by Néolithe, registered in the RCS on 23-01-2019 under SIRET number 84763120700044, with its headquarters located at 2 route du Grand Bois, Anjou Actiparc du Layon Pôle Ouest, 49750 Beaulieu-sur-Layon, represented by Nicolas CRUAUD and Clément BÉNASSY.

Article 4 : processing of personal data

Néolithe is committed to protecting the privacy of its users in compliance with applicable regulations, particularly Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended.
